Manos began his illustrious career in Birmingham, UK, where he quickly became a staple in the city's vibrant nightlife. His expert blending of house music, pop, and Greek music made him a standout performer in some of the best nightclubs along the infamous Broad Street club strip and the hype clubs of Chinatown.

In 2006, Manos moved to London, where he became a resident DJ for Hellenic Parties at the renowned Cafe Royal on Regent Street. His reputation for delivering unforgettable sets led him to Hellenic Nights in 2012, where he played on the hype top floor of Elysee and later at Mortons in Mayfair.

Beyond the club scene, DJ Manos has DJ’d at numerous private events in Dubai, London, Athens, and various Greek islands such as Paros, Koufonisia, and Crete.
